RETURNS POLICY

 

If you want to return an item purchased online, all goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at online checkout.

If you do not have a copy of the receipt the goods may only be returned for an exchange only.

Returns may be sent to the HydraPlay Distribution Warehouse, C/- Pure Mist Water, 101 Scotts Rd, Geeveston, TAS, 7116, Australia.

Please include your contact details, including the order number on the invoice, name, email address and best contact phone number, with your returned goods.

Please also include a receipt for the postage paid to enable a refund of these costs also.

If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, HydraPlay will happily provide you with an exchange, refund or repair as outlined in terms below.

If you have simply changed your mind, HydraPlay will only offer a refund or exchange if:

  • the item is in re-saleable condition; i.e.
  • the original instruction brochure is still attached;
  • the item is in its original packaging;
  • the item is unused and as sold;
  • the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

HydraPlay does not retain credit card information.  Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.  Processing time can between card issuers and HydraPlay is unable to influence Banks and Credit Institutions on this.

LATE RETURNS

A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of HydraPlay and will only be refunded as a store credit.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with instructions and original packaging. Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

FAULTY GOODS

All HydraPlay Drinks are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive a bottle that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
